| 3 cups suet or other fat | 1 cup sunflower seeds |
| ¼ cup unsalted peanut butter | 1 cup rolled oats |
| 3 cups bread crumbs | 1 cup cornmeal |
| 1 cup stone ground whole wheat flour | ½ cup sugar |
To serve, slice off an inch or so and put it in a tray type bird feeder. If you have one attached to your window, this is a perfect place to observe the reactions to your culinary efforts. Or take a plastic mesh bag that onions come in, place the whole pudding inside, tie it up and hang it in a nearby tree, preferably in the shade and high enough so you don't attract uninvited dining companions.
