ITALIAN MEATBALL MIX

IngredientsInstructions
2½ cups dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup dried minced onion
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon garlic salt

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS (for each batch):
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 pound ground beef

In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.

Yield: 4 batches (about 4 cups total).

To Prepare Meatballs: In a bowl, combine egg and 1 cup meatball mix. Add the beef and mix well. Shape into 1½" balls. Put in a baking dish. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes turning once.

Yield: 16 meatballs per batch.
